👋 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using hatk website at https://hatk.website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use hatk website.

These Terms apply to the hatk website application and the hatk.website website, which together provide TikTok video upload and publishing services.

🚀 Description of Service

hatk website is a TikTok content posting web application that allows users to upload and publish videos to their own TikTok account using TikTok’s official Content Posting API. Users authenticate with TikTok OAuth through hatk website and may:

Upload videos to their TikTok inbox as drafts (video.upload)
Publish videos directly to their TikTok profile (video.publish)
View connected account information (display name, avatar, profile details) on the dashboard

🔐 User Accounts & TikTok Authorization

You must have a valid TikTok account to use hatk website.
You authorize hatk website to access your TikTok account only for the scopes you approve during login.
You are solely responsible for all content posted through your TikTok account via hatk website.
You may revoke hatk website’s access at any time through TikTok’s connected apps settings or by logging out.

🚫 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use hatk website to:

      Post content that violates TikTok’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt hatk website or hatk.website
Impersonate any person or entity
Use hatk website for spam or unauthorized advertising

    

🎨 Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload. By using hatk website, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely to provide the service (upload/publish to TikTok on your behalf).

🔗 Third-Party Services

hatk website integrates with TikTok’s API. Your use of TikTok through hatk website is also subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

⚠️ Disclaimers

hatk website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from TikTok API changes, outages, or account restrictions imposed by TikTok.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hatk website and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of hatk website.

🚪 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to hatk website at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

🔄 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of hatk website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
